Night Systems support FLM

Pay Rate: £30,153.25 + Night shift Bouns
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Nights 22:30 till 06:30
Location: Bedford - MK43 9AB

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Systerms Support FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Taking ownership for the daily activities of the Systems department, these include: order management, order flow control, internal and external reports, ITSD escalation and communication
• Accountable for continuous operation of all IT systems delivering first line systems support where necessary.
• Support and manage all aspects of change and release management, using required predefined tools and processes, for IT systems
• Provide coaching and development of all staff within the department to facilitate personal and professional growth of individuals to their full potential

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
• Capable of adapting style and approach to deliver results and/or obtain commitment when dealing with different situations, cases, individual or teams.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Previous experience in an IT / Planning / Operational flow control environment, desirable
• Previous experience as Manager with Analytical or Technical experience
