An Administrative Coordinator provides supports to both the client and team members by maintaining effective communication and workflows.

What will you be doing?
  • Assist with various administrative functions designated by staff, managers, and senior level executives.
  • Assist with call monitoring; provide timely feedback to Call Center Communicators.
  • Assist the management team with the compilation of regular reporting and program metrics.
  • Participate in meetings with internal and external partners as directed.
  • Update training materials and conduct trainings as directed.
  • Possess effective communication and organizational skills, including working with multiple different staff and departments.
  • Be innovative, using creativity, imagination and information to develop ideas and suggestions for improvements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
What do you need for this position?
  • BA or BS or equivalent work-related experience
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrated Excellent Relationship/Rapport Building Skills
  • Experience working in a multi-client environment preferred
