Job Description: Administrative / Office Assistant
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Work Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM Pakistan Time ( Night Shift in Lahore )
Job Type: Full Time - Inside Office
About Us: Element X Marketing is a leading marketing agency based in Canada, ON, with an office in Phase 4 Lahore. We seek a dedicated Administration/Office Assistant to oversee administrative tasks office and human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimates & Invoices: Create and send estimates and invoices.
- Job Costing: Track and manage materials, labor, inventory, and costs.
- Timesheets: Manage timesheets, provide reports, and monitor employee performance.
- CRM Maintenance: Input new clients, monitor sales rep updates.
- Customer Support: Handle calls, complaints, and provide support.
- Scheduling: Schedule jobs and tasks.
- Social Media Management: Post on Facebook Marketplace, manage groups, comment, gain followers, and manage/remove reviews.
- HR Duties: On-board new employees, provide training, conduct performance reviews, collect employee feedback, and monitor Slack communications.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, snacks, and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration and HR management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in social media management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Experience with team management/leadership.
- Experience being an office manager.
