Basic Salary: Rs.60,000-70,000

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities.

· Managing communication with customers and clients.

· Follow up with project manager and coordinator to develop strong and successful outputs.

Required Experience & Skills:

· Experienced in BSS+MW Transmission operations

· Experienced in the Field of Telecommunication

· Experienced with Nokia, Ericsson Hardware

· Regional Mobility is compulsory as employees will be required to travel throughout the nation depending on the nature of the ongoing project/work.

· Ensure proper maintenance of Equipment, Installation, Deployment and other activities'
