The Ministry of Social Services, Corporate Services in Regina is looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals to perform administrative duties for the Regina office which supports various Ministry programs. As a person who is energetic, thorough, conscientious and attentive to detail, you will respond to inquiries from clients both in person and via telephone, electronically enter and retrieve large volumes of confidential client data from a variety of databases, and process and distribute mail.
To be successful in this position, you must be focused, efficient and dedicated to working in a team environment. You will have knowledge of general office practices, procedures and protocols and computer database systems.

Typically, the knowledge required for this position is obtained through the completion of an office education program and/or several years’ experience in administration support roles.
