About the role…

Our Buying Team is expanding, and we have an opportunity available for an administrator assistant! Full training will be provided; this is the perfect role for someone looking for their career within a successful growing organisation.

Reporting to the Supplier Relation Manager (France), you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Supplier Relation Manager (SRM) (France) in all their administrative tasks, using Microsoft Excel to input and control data, answering telephone calls, responding to queries, working on projects/adhoc duties, coordinating the team’s communication.


Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support and assisting the Supplier Retail Manager.
    • Prepare Monthly Excel promotional files.
    • Administration and co-ordination tasks for the SRM.
    • Maintaining and filing accurately contracts and supplier reports for the SRM.
    • Replying and dealing with emails/enquiries/issues.
    • Prioritising daily duties.
    • Managing your work load effectively and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication, written and organizational skills.
  • Confident in using Microsoft excel.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be organised and able to plan work efficiently.
  • Competent ITSkills, Word – Excel – Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing priorities.
  • French speaker desirable.
