Job Description:

The Assistant Manager - Stitching will support the Stitching Manager in overseeing stitching operations within the production department. This role involves managing a team of stitchers, ensuring quality standards, maintaining efficient production processes, and coordinating with other departments to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the stitching team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Plan and monitor stitching schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and optimal use of machinery.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, inspecting products and addressing issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
• Manage inventory of stitching tools and materials, coordinating with procurement for timely availability.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and report on operations to senior management.
