Job Description:
As an Assistant Officer in Administration, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. Your duties will include managing office operations, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks as required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the administrative department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including supplies inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and phone calls.
- Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Assist in travel arrangements, accommodations, and event coordination.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support in implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sialkot: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Admin: 1 year (Preferred)
