Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 01 year of experience in the solar industry, with a strong background in sales. We prefer candidates with an engineering or business graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the clients and can achieve his sales targets.
• Develop new prospects and build the sales pipeline.
• Foster and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct meetings with Clients.
• Should do site surveys for system installation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 01 year of experience in the solar industry with a proven track record in sales.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in sales techniques, CRM systems, and market analysis.
• Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
