Located on level 2 of the MidCity centre and spanning 4,437 sqm, our Pitt Street club is everything you'll ever need, right in the middle of the CBD. Inside you'll find 7 group exercise studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa & sauna, indoor climbing wall, relaxing sleep pods, luxury changeroom amenities, and a spacious café and lounge area, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work.

The Gig:

• You'll provide heartfelt service and create personalised moments to deliver an extraordinary customer experience at our in club V-Café
• You'll leverage your personality to build true community and create an environment where members love spending time
• You'll provide our members with quality and nutritious snacks and smoothies, in line with our food & beverages menu
• You'll keep our café area looking spick and span - all with a big smile of course
• You'll be involved in some admin and reporting

• You're warm, honest and genuine with 6 months of comparable experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• You love to create meaningful moments for people. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it
• You get a kick out of creating unexpected experiences which make people go wow!
• You're comfortable communicating at all levels and you're authentic when you express yourself. You can be counted on to skilfully respond to feedback and complaints
• You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and may also have some hospitality qualifications. A+ for you
