Team Member

• You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing Wealth Management team
• Responsible for supporting a dedicated team of Wealth Advisers, servicing needs of their clients
• Help deepen relationships with clients
• Be supported to grow your career at JBWere Private Wealth

In this Team Member role, you will:

• Provide a high level of administrative support to the team and respond to client queries in an efficient and effective manner
• Establish and maintain client accounts including communicating with clients
• Proactively manage risk and compliance though performing and adhering to policies, processes and procedures, and escalating any events where needed
• Working closely with your advisory team in preparing portfolio reviews, pitch documents and marketing material
• Liaise with Operations as required to facilitate workflow
• Progress your career towards ultimately becoming a JBWere Wealth Adviser

What you'll bring

• General understanding and a keen interest in financial markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with utmost attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Tertiary qualification within a business or finance discipline
• Willingness to complete further study to satisfy ASIC Adviser Education requirements
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred
