The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:

Compliance Controller

CDD (M/F) / 9 months / Full time

We are looking for a proactive individual with a hands-on approach and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 2nd Line KYC assessments and controls on new and existing Issuers and Members (Clients)
• Control and complete the inhouse KYC system
• Collaborate and guide client services’ teams in relation to AML/KYC matters
• Contribute to AML-CFT and KYC reporting
• Perform screening on new clients, analyse screening results and ensure proper escalation when necessary
• Deliver periodic reporting on AML controls and compliance controls
• Actively participate in team exchange to ensure continuous service delivery standards

Requirements and skills

• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg’s finance sector regulation as well as the legal and compliance environment in Luxembourg
• Significant relevant experience (at least 3 years)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French. Other languages would be considered as an asset
• Professional use of Microsoft suite, Good knowledge of PowerBi and SharePoint would be considered as an asset
