Senior Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the management of application maintenance services (AMS) for SAP systems, ensuring the seamless execution of incident, problem, and change management processes, as well as small-scale projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between client IT and business leads, holding weekly touchpoints to align on priorities and progress.
• Be the go-to escalation contact to address critical issues, prioritize actions, and provide focused resolutions.
• Ensure all tickets are resolved on time, service requests are delivered as scheduled, and overall performance metrics are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with offshore project managers to review team deliverables and maintain alignment with expectations.
• Facilitate communication between users and IT teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Support the identification and documentation of specific requirements in the SAP domain when needed.

Profile :

• Proven expertise in service delivery management, particularly in SAP application maintenance and support.
• Fluency in French and English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in coordinating and guiding distributed teams, including offshore resources.
• A solid understanding of SAP systems and related modules to support operational and business requirements.
