Volvo Cars has a fantastic opportunity in Marketing to serve as CRM Data Specialist, supporting our growth strategy and our aim to create value through marketing insights, analytics, and audience segmentations, while building increased automation, scaling, and predictive data-sharing capabilities, that all drive positive consumer experiences and increasing return on CRM and Media spends.

Job Summary:

You will play a vital role in driving the CRM and Data transformation of Volvo Cars USA. Collaborating closely with the CRM Analyst, CRM Manager, CRM US & Canada Regional Cluster Lead, as well as our Media Teams, while shaping and connecting consumer data & analytics across their journey from brand and product awareness, to shopping considerations, toward purchase conversions.

Primary Responsibilities:


• Support Data Analyst with increasing requests for local CRM and 1st Part-Data (“1PD”) reports, performance, analytics, insights, and audience builds.
• Work with US & Canada Direct CRM Engine Cluster Lead and Global Team in development of predictive customer models to be used in local CRM campaigns.
• Coordination of data transfer and ongoing refresh to second party partners for conquest and retention efforts, along with supporting evolving Identity Resolution opportunities.
• Build out 1PD audience segments for data extensions required for CRM campaigns.
• Assists CRM Data Miner in handling ongoing internal requests related to data management.
• Provides monthly, quarterly, and year-end summary of CRM activities to quantify level of effort and performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams in data-sharing and audience building.

Key Competencies/Abilities:


• 2-4+ years’ experience in CRM, Marketing, Data and Analytics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple requests and balance competing priorities.
• Collaborator with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision making.
• Highly organized and detail oriented (ability to QA and review for data accuracy).
• Ability to analyze and identify data solution opportunities and problems.
• Ability to generate creative analytics, insights, data, and audience ideas.
• University degree in business or relevant subject such as marketing, CRM, data.
• Excited to work in a hybrid role based in Mahwah, New Jersey.
