Customer Care Specialist - Part Time

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

• Concierge and welcome calls

• Missed payments and early-intervention collections

• Simple customer service enquiries

Our contact centre is open 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm (AEST). This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

We currently have permanent part-time (25 hours) positions available:

• Monday - Friday 1pm - 6pm

• Tuesday - Saturday 1pm - 6pm

Please note, these are the only hours available, and you must commit to this shift schedule for at least 12 months.

Hours and training

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

• Start date : Monday 31st March 2025

• Commit to the 1pm - 6pm schedule for at least 12 months

• Available to work from 300 Murray Street, Perth once a fortnight, (work from the office up to 3 days per week during training).

• Training: Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm (week 1) and then 10am - 3pm (weeks 2 and 3) due to daylight savings. This will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing this mandatory training for 3 weeks.

• Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period

• Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career
