IKEA Cardiff are looking to welcome a Customer Warehouse Operative to join our motivated and passionate team. This role is a customer-facing role, where you will be working in our Self-Serve Warehouse - a varied job role that involves warehouse operational tasks and great customer service.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be Sunday, 09 March 2025.
• Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• 24 hours a week, which will include working 3 in 4 weekends, and varied shifts during the morning, day and in the evening.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
You will ideally bring with you previous customer service experience, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves as this is a fast-paced role in our Self-Serve Warehouse where you will be working with customers and also moving stock, ensuring a clean and safe environment in the process.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You have a customer first mindset, serving customers in our warehouse, maximising sales, securing stock availability, administrative tasks and ensuring the area is clean, well presented, easy to shop, and ready for the following days delivery.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock. Using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
