Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive at our Hardware Store (Residential Position) located in Karachi. As an Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the hardware store, ensuring smooth operations, managing inventory and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for physical inspection of incoming material against DC & PO as per procedure.

· Sharing information of incoming material discrepancies with procurement section through email

· Providing Information to material requestors about approved material, and emailing the MRR to (PPC, Procurement and Hardware Warehouse).

· Responsible for generating Material logging and inspection (MLI) and Material receiving report (MRR) in ERP system of approved material against DC&PO.

· Responsible to preparing the material rejection report in ERP system of rejected items, keeping rejected items in specified place and updating to procurement section through email.

· Responsible to communicating with procurement section via email against all pending issues (documents, incomplete items, Warranty cards, returnable items etc.

· Responsible for submission of MRR along with relevant documents to procurement section.

· Responsible for filing and record keeping of all receiving related documents.

· Responsible for generating purchase return notes (PRN) and MR for Hardware Warehouse requirements.

· Any additional task/objective assigned by the head of department and whenever necessary.

· Responsible for physical inspection of incoming material against DC & PO as per procedure.

· Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.

Skills:

· Strong Command on MS Office, ERP.

· Hands on knowledge of systems & procedures of material receiving and issuance sectors

· Must be familiar of computer and database knowledge and experience of warehousing software module

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

· In-depth knowledge of hardware components and market dynamics.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualification

· Minimum Graduate (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field)

Experience

· Minimum 2-4 years of experience would be preferred.
