Experienced Pharmacist for Distribution Setup at Mezan International, Jhelum

Mezan International in Jhelum is seeking an experienced and versatile Pharmacist to join our distribution setup. In addition to managing pharmaceutical inventory and distribution, the ideal candidate will also oversee social media activities and training programs within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Pharmaceutical Distribution:
• Manage and oversee pharmaceutical inventory within the distribution setup.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
• Implement and maintain proper storage and handling procedures for pharmaceuticals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to distribution and storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Mezan International's products and services.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Training Program:
• Design and conduct training programs for distribution staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Develop training materials and manuals for various aspects of pharmaceutical distribution and handling.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid pharmacist license issued by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical distribution or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, and distribution practices.
• Experience in social media management, with a good understanding of various platforms.
• Ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns.
• Experience in designing and conducting training programs.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including inventory management software and social media tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
