HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. This includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and policy implementation. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws. The HR Manager works closely with department managers and senior leaders to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall strategy, vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

· Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

· Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

· Measure employee retention and turnover rates

· Manage the recruitment and selection process

· Nurture a positive working environment

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

· Oversee daily operations of the HR department

· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

· Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.

· Organizing events and conferences for the employees.

· Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

Qualification:

· MSc/MS in Human Resource Management or related field.

Requirements:

· 05 years of working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive

· Experience with multinational company will be preferred

· People oriented and results driven

· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

· Knowledge of HR systems and databases

· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

· Goal oriented & Team Player

· Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.

· Good conflict resolution abilities.

· Strong work ethics.
