Sales Executive - USA Campaign

IJ Technologies is a leading call center based in Jhelum, Pakistan, specializing in outbound sales campaigns. We are currently expanding our team for a new USA Campaign and are looking for talented individuals to join us.

Position: Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
• Present and promote products or services to secure sales.
• Build and maintain a positive and professional rapport with customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
