Food and Beverage Utility

• Meet and Greet Defence personnel, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions with precision and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, washing crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other equipment at the end of each shift
• Ensure all perishable items (bread, milk, etc.) are checked for best-before dates before service
• Keep the premises sparkling clean and hygienic at all times
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and proactive attitude
• Assist with stock rotation, loading and unloading supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Support inventory control for all kitchen supplies and equipment
• Ensure the HACCP program is adhered to and operational standards are met each day

• Exceptional customer service skills – you love helping others and making their experience memorable!
• Previous hospitality and catering experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Defence experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• A driver’s license and your own transport
• Basic computer skills and experience with online rostering systems
