Job Description

Notified , a segment of West Technology Group, is adding a Graphic Designer to our team in Toronto. This position will offer a hybrid work schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office, located at 155 University Avenue, with the option of working remotely on Monday & Friday.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our growing creative department. You will be responsible for creating a variety of visual assets, both print and web, to be used across marketing campaigns and in support of internal communications. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and have a passion for beautiful, user-centric design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing team to c reate visual designs and design elements for marketing and internal communications.
• Participate in team meetings to define strategy for campaign and deliverables.
• Maintain a consistent aesthetic across all materials, aligning with brand guidelines.
• Work with pre-defined design templates for reoccurring marketing assets.
• Help define new creative expressions to elevate and evolve our visual brand.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in graphic design, communication design, visual arts, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work within and maintain brand standards.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Strong customer service-orientation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing graphical content.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn, grow, and innovate.
• Experience in web design and user experience best practices is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
