About This Role

Are you a strategic leader who has experience in scaling Digital brands?

This is a brilliant opportunity if you love to solve tough problems, drive innovation in ideation and execution, manage lean teams and enjoy P&L ownership.

You will define Segments, set Pricing and oversee Base Management initiatives - lead a diverse team, collaborate cross functionally to drive our Digital Telecom business's revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities Include

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to enhance market presence, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Segmentation & Pricing: Identify under-served segments and unmet customer needs for gaining disproportionate market share, while keeping pricing competitive across offerings.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition initiatives and establish effective retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Partnerships Management: Build and maintain strong non-telco revenue streams and co-marketing initiatives with key partners, and stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize the Country team's budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation to explore new revenue streams, including digital offerings and partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Research, Analytics, Product, CVM, Customer Service, Ops, Finance and HR to create synergies and streamline processes.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing commercial team setting clear goals and KPIs, and ensuring their continuous professional development.

Ideal Background Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position within the telecom sector.
  • Proven track record in developing commercial strategies and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, pricing, and base management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
