The Material Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the receiving and processing of mail and provide campus/off-campus pick-ups and deliveries of mail and packages on a daily basis.
- Responsible for picking-up the incoming mail from the U.S. Postal Service on a daily basis.
Responsible for the daily processing of all incoming mail into RTI International.
Resolve any undeliverable mail issues by researching the staff directory for the correct addressee.
Distribution of the mail and packages by delivery route around the institute and off-campus facilities on a daily basis.
Process, sort and stamp all outgoing mail using the postage mailing machine.
Other tasks assigned by management.
Must possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles
Must be able to communicate with varying levels of employees at RTI
Must be able to become familiar with SOP's and how they relate to the company
Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel software programs
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone or with assistance

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below. Our pay ranges represent national averages and may vary by location as a geographic differential may be applied to some locations within the United States. RTI considers multiple factors when making an offer including, for example: established salary range, internal budget, business needs, and education and years of work experience possessed by the applicant.
