Personal Assistant
Perks & Benefits:
We are looking for a full time and permanent position of a Personal Assistant for a Transport company in Auckland. The job requires someone capable of managing a dynamic, high-pressure environment while ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional services.
Hours of work: Monday – Saturday between (9am to 5:30PM)
Wage Rate: $30 to $32 per hour
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours to Maximum 40 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to a high-performing agent.
- Manage appointments, client correspondence, and communications.
- Handling and processing mail, filing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and schedule meeting, appointment, calls as required.
- Prepare documentation and presentations as required.
- Maintain and manage client databases.
- Able to relate to people from a range of cultures and at all levels of management
- Perform general office duties as required.
- Liaising with all other staff about a range of matters related to organisation
- Ensure contracts and compliance documents are prepared and processed accurately.
Skills we are Looking For:
- Work Experience: Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or should have at least Level 5 Diploma or higher in communication.
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure every task is completed accurately and to the highest standard.
- Outstanding Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Motivation & Independence: Someone who takes initiative, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
- Usually work regular office hours, but may sometimes work longer hours, or evenings.
- may work in stressful conditions if they support managers who are in high-pressure jobs.
- Zero Tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace
