Take responsibility for liaising with professional colleagues to avoid unnecessary delays in patient care. In times of staffing need, to work at other sites. To carry out other duties which fall within the remit of this post as required by the Reception Team Lead. To contribute to the development of administration services to improve efficiency and productivity.
Participate in Rheumatology meetings if on Rheumatology reception. Answering the telephone or removing messages and booking appointments for blood tests Inputting new referrals for Phlebotomy
