How will I help?
In this role you will be required to complete customer requests via email and phone. You will provide support for card originations and perform maintenance activities for Corporate, Business and High Value customers.
As a Westpac Institutional Banking (WIB) team member, you play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in Group Operations and the wider Westpac Group.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Parramatta. While most shifts are currently between 9am – 5:30pm, you will have flexibility to work during our core operating hours of 8am – 8pm. You will be based at the Parramatta office during the initial training period, with hybrid arrangements available once training is complete.

What do I need?
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with business partners
- Knowledge of Pronto, Ace, E5 and service online (desirable) Banking and Finance knowledge preferred
