Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President Operations reporting to the COO and CEO directly. As the Vice President Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of our operations, including inventory and demand planning, ordering and P&L management, 6 distribution centres fulfilment (pick and pack), QA and strategic planning, and project management including SOP building and enforcement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is based in Oakville, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Warehouse management, P&L Management, and Project Management skills
• Strong strategic planning
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant industry experience in ecommerce is a plus
