- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock levels and product locations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying product quantities, and inspecting for damages.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage, ensuring items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Product Assembly: Assemble products as needed according to specifications or customer orders.
- Unloading of Sea cans: Assist with the unloading of sea cans, ensuring items are handled properly and efficiently.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring a safe working environment. Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any safety hazards or accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse goals. Aid as needed to other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable using ladders and performing overhead work as needed.
- Ability to use equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and hand carts to move goods throughout the warehouse.
