Job description
Join our newly formed Digital Delivery Team, this new and exciting team have a range of expertise and specialisms, with a shared goal of putting our customers first. We’re focused on enhancing the online experience and, wherever possible, streamlining back-office processes to deliver smarter, more efficient services.

We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for a Websites and Digital Apprentice in the team.

The Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by Cambridge Marketing College, consists of online learning with 20% off the job learning. Through this apprenticeship, you’ll gain a solid foundation in website development and learn how to leverage data to make informed decisions. These skills will empower you to help continuously improve the Council’s digital platforms and enhance our users experience.

For the rest of your time, you’ll work closely with the Digital Solutions Manager and Digital Services Manager, to provide support in all areas of our digital services. One minute you’ll be responding to resident emails, the next you’ll updating a webpage or building an eform and then you’ll be supporting the delivery of our digital projects.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic apprentice who’s eager to begin their career in the digital space and develop a strong understanding of digital platforms such as websites, eforms and portals.
