Summary
- Provide general administrative support for the Finance Department
- Conduct income audits and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Scan and organize invoices for record-keeping
- Communicate effectively with vendors and guests to address financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years’ experience as an Accounts Clerk in a similar environment.
- Food &Beverage or Rooms experiences in a hotel is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management, administration skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
