Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the marketing and recruitment of prospective undergraduate students with a focus on first time freshman, transfer, and readmission students and assists in developing strategies to recruit and promote Spears Business to prospective students, including academically talented students and underrepresented populations.
The position also assists with designing, delivering, and maintaining programs, events, and information surrounding undergraduate majors, resources, and opportunities in Spears Business. It provides all prospective student services, including major and career guidance, as well as information about the transition to OSU and Spears Business while advising prospective students on engagement opportunities within Spears Business as well as advising the Spears Business Ambassador program.
Frequent off campus travel (in and out of state). Overnight stays may be required. Frequent evening and occasional weekend activities to meet with prospective students and their families. Ability to lift 45 lbs (boxes of recruiting materials).

Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience.
Valid Driver's License required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other Business field.
