Position: Front Desk Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education
• No prior experience needed, but experience is considered a plus point
• On-site positions available for females

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Officer:

• Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, warmly welcoming visitors, and addressing inquiries.
• Administrative Support: Provide assistance with administrative tasks, including document handling and appointment scheduling.
• Customer Service: Maintain positive customer relations, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordination: Facilitate communication between clients and educational counsellors.

Additional Information:

• Training Provided: Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates without prior experience.
• Work Environment: On-site positions available for female candidates.
• Location: Al Mubeen Plaza, 1st Floor, Near Rescue 1122, G.T Road, Gujrat, Pakistan.
