PAKISTAN TOBACCO COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A REGIONAL ADMIN OFFICER

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Smooth running of BATLeaf and other IT systems in the region.
2. Co-ordination of regional administration activities.
3. Assist management in budget preparation and monitoring
4. Proper Record Management as per company’s guidelines and ISO standards.
5. Assistance to Leaf buyers & Regional growing Manager for EHS compliance.
6. Coordinate logistics of tobacco from depots/storages to GLT.
7. Facilitate all the Internal and external audits within the region.
8. Ensure compliance of all the procedures & SOPs related to depot/buying & growing
9. Proper arrangement for different company events, conferences, trainings & visits etc.

Additional Information:

1. Leaf Depots are remotely, located & and he has to maintain an effective interaction, frequent travelling within the region and efficient communication link.
2. In the remote areas the line connectivity/electric supply is a consistent problem that pose extra challenge for him to get the job done through alternate means and regular follow ups.
3. Apart from Leaf Buyers he has to support growing team in all the crop related documentation for execution of different tasks and compiling data for the region.
4. The jobholder must meet stretched deadlines by spending extra hours.
5. Must interact with other functions/ agencies to achieve regional objectives.
