• Provide technical assistance and support to computer users
• Provide IT support to resolve and document problems, using appropriate ticketing systems
• Escalate problems to the appropriate organization or process, when required
• Provide follow-up actions with customers to ensure resolution of incidents or requests
• Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, applications, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to users

• Customer service oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• A skilled communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both written and verbal
• A resolute problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced high energy environment

• A high school diploma or equivalent; AND
• 1 or more years of related experience
• Basic knowledge of PC/networking environments including: installation, testing, diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting
• An ability to obtain and maintain a public trust
• Louisiana Residency, living within a ~60-mile radius of our Bossier City facility

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $19.08 - $31.86. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
