This pivotal role requires an individual with a keen understanding of the global recruitment landscape and a strategic mindset to steer our hiring campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of our recruitment strategies, managing high-level relationships, ensuring that our hiring processes meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization.

Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team (currently 3 recruiters and 1 talent sourcer), fostering a collaborative environment and providing effective feedback.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify top talent and emerging trends.
- Analyze recruitment data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical C-level, Business and Executive roles.
- Process Automation and Analytics: Pick up current superior processes, add-on additional technology and data analytics, ensuring acceleration and adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication with hiring managers, technical interviewers, and executive leadership.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing business needs and embrace new technologies to improve efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with around 1 year leading a team.
- Proven track record of successfully filling C-level/executive and sales roles.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Fluency in English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Experience scaling companies, particularly in product-based industries (ideally in the USA).
