Ordering / Stock Management Order pathology supplies, manage stock levels and monitor expiry dates Order linen and keep linen cupboard tidy Order the stores required for the department Order of free refreshments for staff and for the patients Cleaning Prepare in collaboration with the nursing team, clinical rooms used by the nursing team and by the doctors every morning prior to any clinical activity. Ensuring equipment is clean and dust free. Keep storerooms tidy Keep dirty utility tidy General Arrange for any faulty or broken equipment to be repaired by Clinical Engineering -main hospital site. If the equipment is sent for repair offsite them keeping up to date with its progress and facilitate its return to the CDC.

To assist patients navigating the department with or without disabilities. To organise own workload, adjusting and prioritising appropriately as the ward actively dictates. To respond to requests for general information. To scan and send audits sheets, and orders to the relevant departments.
