We're seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll administration and benefits management
• Help organize training and development programs
• Contribute to HR policy development and implementation
• Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• MBA or BBA in Human Resources
• 0-2 years of HR experience (internships considered)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HRIS software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations of Pakistan

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
