Junior Manager Distribution

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Manager Distribution to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order management, cash handling, and customer service at our retail outlet. This role involves monitoring and collecting data on current operations, identifying trends and bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for effective distribution planning. The incumbent will also maintain warehouse and distribution reports, perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, and act as a liaison between customer service, the warehouse team, and trade.

About you
The candidate should have:

• A strong school education and a graduate from HEC Certified University, preferably with an Engineering background.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the supply chain function.
• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
• Basic understanding of SAP.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
