Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a call center or customer service environment.
• Monitoring and evaluating individual and team performance.
• Strong background in customer service with experience handling escalated customer issues and resolving complaints effectively.
• Familiarity with call center operations, including workforce management, call routing, and performance metrics.
• Preparing and presenting performance reports to management.
• Proficiency in using call center software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant technologies.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
• Ability to participate in management meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
