About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist (Client Welcome Coordinator) to join our dynamic Client Welcome team in Cambridge. If you are motivated and passionate about supporting people and would like to join a team that helps the business thrive, then we would like to hear from you
This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 24 hours over 3 days on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.
What this role would include
- Greeting clients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Managing incoming calls ensuring that calls are answered in line with agreed client service standards and any messages are directed to an appropriate Legal Adviser or Client Care team.
- Coordinating all client appointments and ensuring all onsite events are correctly set up and the required arrangements made.
- Proactively support other administration, archiving and facilities activity within the office functions.

- A proven administration or receptionist background and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and to proactively build relationships with managers, staff and clients.
