Joobzi

How Joobzi decides

Evidence

What Joobzi decides

Joobzi decides whether the text you supply supports Apply, Fix First, Stretch, or Skip for a specific opportunity.

The decision is always tied to pasted job text, pasted experience text, or both. Joobzi does not decide from a hidden profile or an external résumé database.

Limit

What Joobzi does not know

Joobzi cannot verify pay, posting freshness, employer legitimacy, recruiter identity, or whether a source had the right to republish a job.

It cannot confirm facts that are not present in the paste, and it will not invent experience, credentials, or outcomes for you.

Inference

How evidence becomes a recommendation

Joobzi separates direct statements in your paste from interpretation. Evidence is what the text literally contains. Inference is what Joobzi reasonably concludes from that text alone.

Missing information is labeled explicitly. The next action is one concrete move based on the decision, not a generic motivational prompt.

Human review

How users correct a conclusion

Every tool result includes a correction path. You can return to the input, change the pasted text, and run the comparison again.

Joobzi treats your paste as the source of truth for the session. If the paste is incomplete or outdated, the decision may be too strict or too generous until you correct the input.

Limit

Privacy and source boundaries

Pasted text stays in the browser session for review and is not written to a public result URL.

Joobzi does not claim access to proprietary job feeds, verified employer inventories, or guaranteed hiring outcomes.
