About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide effective, efficient, confidential administration support and customer service to patients and professional disciplines within Cancer Care Services (CCS) in Metro North Health (MNH)
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide excellent customer focus in a friendly and helpful manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a written and oral capacity with all patients, their families, and staff.
Perform a wide range of administrative duties across all areas within CCS, which may include (but is not limited to) reception, referral centre, scheduling, medical records, billing, and call centre/switchboard services.
Provide administration support to Oncology Telehealth clinics, by assisting with the efficient functioning of these clinics occurring across the multiple specialities & sites, including scheduling and managing patient appointments as per local practices.
Appropriately record in Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM), Telehealth clinic attendance or non-attendance, by maintaining daily auditing of scheduling system reports.
