Network Engineer

Our team is a mix of talented professionals who are passionate about gaming and technology. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our IT & Networks Department.

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Network Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and be well-versed in network security, server management, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and manage network security solutions including pfsense firewalls, NAT/PAT, firewall rules, OpenVPN, traffic shaper, WAN failover, load balancer, routing, and VLANs.
* Manage and maintain Windows Servers 2012/16/19, Active Directory, OUs, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, file servers, and Visual SVN server for repository management and data backups.
* Work experience on Dell Servers PowerEdge R710, R510 & PowerEdge T320, RAID controllers and configurations.
* Hands on experience wireless router configurations.
* User accounts creations, email creation, mailing lists, and policies setup for different departments
* Network monitoring system like PRTG, Solar Winds, Zabbix
* Experience in Biometric attendance system and configuration of ZKtime etc
* Provide technical support for software and hardware issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems for the game development team.
* Install and configure software necessary for game development such as Unity, adobe products, blender, 3ds Max, Maya, and Android Studio and others.
* Windows & Linux Systems installation and system ready for employees.
* Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
* Network Printer configurations and other peripheral devices.
* IT equipment purchasing from market & maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
* Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV/IP cameras and PBX/intercom systems.
* Manage cPanel and cloud email solutions.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSCS/IT).
* 2-3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
* Preferable certifications/trainings: CCNA and MCSE.
* Strong knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, OUs, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, and IT support.
* Experience with pfsense firewalls, NAT/PAT, firewall rules, OpenVPN, traffic shaper, WAN failover, load balancer, routing, and VLANs.
* Familiarity with Visual SVN server for repository management and data backups.
* Knowledge of game development tools and software installation.
* Experience with CCTV/IP cameras, PBX/intercom systems, cPanel, and cloud emails.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
