Ticketing Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the Ticketing Department. If you have a passion for travel, exceptional leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in ticketing, we would love to hear from you.
Position: Ticketing Manager
Location: Wapda Town
Salary: 80,000 - 90,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Oversee and lead the ticketing team, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Ensure accuracy in ticketing and adherence to airline policies and procedures.
- Utilize ticketing software to manage bookings and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize ticketing operations.
- Monitor and analyze ticketing data to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Train and mentor new ticketing staff, ensuring they are proficient with ticketing software and procedures.
- Resolve complex ticketing issues and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ticketing.
- Proficiency in ticketing software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries promptly.
