Responsible in working closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. With a HR academic background and experience, screening and evaluating candidates to be performed.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Monitor and update the current processes and procedures as per the business needs (i.e. job application and onboarding processes etc.)
- Manage the recruiting team and report on its performance to HO
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Google searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Recommend ways to improve our employer branding
- Coordinate with Clients to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly with the updates and analysis of requirement.
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
- Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure effective collaboration in talent acquisition.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with recruitment agencies, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage Operational Performance and Quality, set up SOP's and KPI's for the recruitment team assigned to him to ensure that his recruitment team works in efficient way.
- Develop deep industry-leading recruiting strategy, strategic plan and drive execution of strategy through client account teams based on collective client needs, including tools, resources, process and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed recommendations for optimization.
- Increase the overall productivity for his team by implementing relevant employee trainings
- Perform other task assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and customer needs in the assigned country or region.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and government officials.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Minimum 05 - 10 years of experience in a related field
