- Act as the point of contact for internal and external follow-up communications, managing phone calls, emails, and coordinating various meetings.
- Prepare, edit and distribute sensitive documents on a regular basis, including but not limited to NDA's, Alliance Agreements including updating with details for each prospect using Adobe Sign.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations essential for business development activities.
- Compile data and generate reports for analysis purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and send various monthly reports to external alliances.
- Using Salesforce, maintain and update the department's database of contacts, leads, and clients.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Director in coordinating and executing special projects and initiatives.
- Prepare demo decks and other reports for prospects.
- Support various tasks related to lead generation, including data entry and maintenance in Salesforce.
- Provide other general administrative support to the Business Development director and contribute to the success of our business development initiatives.
- Other relevant responsibilities to meet business needs and initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.
- Proven self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Salesforce and Adobe Sign is a plus.
