Job Responsibilities:
Supports unemployment claims including wage requests.
Monitors and maintains intake queues. Runs actionable reports, prepares and sends templated communications to employees and managers.
Prepares and completes employee lifecycle documents such as verification of employment requests, personnel file requests, and legal requests.
Maintains accurate HR Records by scanning and indexing HR Record submissions into HR document repository.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Work Experience:
Less than 2 years: 1-2 years HR Experience supporting employee lifecycle data. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
UKG Dimensions: Experience in management of HR Data in UKG Dimensions (Preferred)
Organization: Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask as necessary to meet service level agreements and deadlines (Required)
Kronos: Experience in management of HR Data in Kronos (Preferred)
Ability to complete assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures, requires instructions only on new assignments. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects and tasks.
Highly accurate and attentive to detail with ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to change (Required)
Customer Service: Demonstrated customer focus with ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience (Required)
Ability to stay current on guidelines and processing procedure including documenting and sharing information with peers (Required)
Microsoft Office: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Required)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Preferred)
SharePoint: Experience using SharePoint (Preferred)
Experience using OneNote (Preferred)
Change Management: Experience leading peers through change management (Preferred)
Experience being responsible for a body of work (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:
- At least 18 years of age
